Operations manager

Work content

1. Be able to independently be responsible for the department's product operations, including but not limited to collecting and organizing the department's product requirements, connecting with product managers, following up requirements, and tracking products after they are launched performance;

2. Be able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational goals and product status, promote and optimize operational plans according to business development requirements, and be responsible for online related product promotion activities Implement execution and achieve KPI indicators;

4. Based on the current operating status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.

4. Those who can make prd, prototype, have working experience in banking or are familiar with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries are preferred;

5. Be able to withstand stress, have strong execution and learning abilities.
