This system controls the temperature of each cavity at the end of the mold to ensure that the overall temperature is constant during the heating process and avoid overheating or insufficient temperature. Each heating output can be controlled independently. Each end temperature control is designed according to 10 groups. During the heating and heat preservation processes, the temperature deviation between each group is within ±5°C.
The heating and temperature control of different products can be realized by connecting the heating tube heating groups. The temperature measuring element is small and fixed on the cavity plate through screws.
